The Riverview project involved the construction of a residential building in Gdansk. The complex, which has 282 apartments and is situated on the banks of the Motlawa river, is characterised by a high standard of construction and well-designed landscape architecture that is in keeping with the historical context of the location.
This construction project was carried out in close collaboration with conservationists, as the design of Riverview had to reference the historical character of the site.
How did we make a difference at Riverview?
The complex incorporates the concept of sustainable, environmentally friendly construction. It involves the use of ecological solutions that make it possible to save energy, reduce water consumption and carbon dioxide emissions, and manage air quality.
Thanks to our approach, the project has already won several awards, such as the “Most Sustainable Building 2020” award from Kompas Inwestycji, and “Construction of the Year” from the Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians. It also has LEED Gold certification.
